Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your enrollment and participation in 34Dot Technologies' training programs. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Enrollment and Admission

• Admission is subject to selection criteria and seat availability
• You must provide accurate and complete information during application
• False information may result in cancellation of admission
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years (or parental consent if under 18)
• Basic educational qualification as specified for the program

2. Program Fees

Founding Batch Special Pricing (First 100 Students)

• Complete Program (4 months): ₹50,000 (Regular: ₹1,00,000)
• Training Only (3 months): ₹30,000 (Regular: ₹60,000)
• Fees can be paid in monthly installments
• All fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule

Refund Policy

• 100% refund if withdrawn before program start date
• 50% refund if withdrawn within first week
• No refund after first week of program commencement
• Refunds processed within 15 working days

3. Attendance and Participation

• Minimum 85% attendance is mandatory for daily 1-hour sessions
• Training sessions: 1 hour daily (Months 1-3)
• Month 4: Full-time project work (8 hours/day, Monday to Saturday)
• Active participation in all assignments and projects is required
• Students must bring their own laptops (minimum 8GB RAM recommended)
• Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in certificate withholding

4. Code of Conduct

Students must:

• Maintain professional behavior at all times
• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Not engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty
• Not share course materials without permission
• Follow the institute's dress code and discipline policies
• Not engage in any form of harassment or discrimination

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials remain the property of 34Dot Technologies and The SOO Group
• Students retain ownership of their original project work
• 34Dot may use student projects for promotional purposes with consent
• Recording of classes without permission is prohibited

6. Placement Assistance

• Placement assistance is provided but not guaranteed
• Students must meet minimum performance criteria for placement support
• Top performers may receive direct opportunities with The SOO Group Dubai
• Students must actively participate in placement preparation activities

7. Certification

• Certificates issued upon successful completion of the program
• Must meet attendance, assignment, and assessment requirements
• Certificates are jointly issued by 34Dot Technologies and The SOO Group
• Digital certificates with verification capability provided

8. Termination

34Dot Technologies reserves the right to terminate enrollment for:

• Violation of code of conduct
• Non-payment of fees
• Consistent absence without valid reason
• Academic dishonesty
• Any illegal activities

9. Limitation of Liability

34Dot Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Job placement or salary outcomes
• Loss of personal belongings
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Changes in industry requirements or technology

10. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion
• If unresolved, subject to arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act
• Jurisdiction: Courts of Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh

11. Modifications

34Dot Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms. Students will be notified of significant changes.
